Start LearningHow to navigate and use the Training Hub: follow these steps to get the most out of your training.
Use the email and password your administrator gave you on the login page. Accounts are created by your administrator, so there is no sign-up. Forgot your password? Ask your administrator to reset it.
Open Modules in the top menu. There are six, Module 01 to Module 06. Work through them in order at your own pace by clicking a module card.
Read or watch each lesson, then answer the knowledge checks and quizzes. Your scores and the time you spend are recorded automatically. The pass mark is 80% unless your administrator changes it.
On a module page, the box in the bottom-right corner shows whether the module is done. Use Mark done when you finish a lesson, or Log score for an assessment that cannot be graded automatically, such as a Google Form.
Click My Progress in the top menu to see modules completed, your best score, every quiz attempt, and whether you are certified. Only you and your administrator can see it.
Open Sandbox to rehearse call scripts, system navigation and scenarios without affecting live data. Use it before handling real customer calls.
Complete Modules 01 to 04 and pass the final assessment in Module 05 (80% or higher) to earn your certification badge. Come back to Module 06 for refreshers on policy updates.
Click the Logout button at the top right, especially on a shared computer. Need help or access? Ask your administrator.
